Ukulele U now airing on CBC

UKULELE U is a fun and inclusive, sing-along musical variety show with a credo that states:

U is for unique, Be yourself there’s only one You.

K is for kind, You care for others as well as yourself.

E is for everybody: You belong.

Award-winning recording artist and ground-breaking music teacher, Melanie Doane is joined by 10 incredible kids to learn songs about friendship, feeling and the joy of singing, dancing and playing together. After learning each song, the kids perform a music video, encouraging kids at home to join in. Tune in to learn amazing new songs, as well as chart-topping hits like “Dynamite” by BTS, “Diamonds” by Rihanna, “Me” by Taylor Swift and “It Don’t Mean a Thing” by Duke Ellington.

UKULELE U is backed by a world-class team including Michael Hirsh, Emmy and Gemini Award-winning founder of Nelvana and WOW! Unlimited Media and creator of hit music series The Doodlebops; Andrea Nevitt, Senior Producer with many series and television shows to her credit, including The Doodlebops.
